BrainWorkout is a math practice application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission

3. Intellectual Property

All content in BrainWorkout including design, code, graphics, and text is owned by the developer. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

4. Advertisements

BrainWorkout is free to use and is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to see advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use the App at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
